BL Winchester Ltd online process guarantees fast turnaround with significant cost reductions on scheduling budgets, office overheads, human resources and travelling. Our pricing and fixed quote per assignment ensures the most cost effective way in providing control of the program/project. Please note prices are not the same for PMO Project Analyst and Microsoft Project Office Scheduler.

Initial onsite period for understanding of processes, procedures and requirements, are FREE in the UK & EU.

Scheduling/Planning Consultant -  £ 30 per hour. USA $30 USD per hour. EU €35 per hour. (No contract required)

PMO Program/Project Analyst - £25 per hour. USA $25 per hour. EU €30 per hour. (No contract required)

We will provide a full suite of reports allowing you to significantly reduce your scheduling, planning and analysis reporting overheads. On your instructions we can be dedicated to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. At your request our team is at your disposal, contributing to program/project control and profits.

Our options:

Option 1 - Fixed price. Quote on each assignment                                                        

Option 2 - 5 day week =  40 hours + Continuous work,  updating, analyzing, monitoring and reporting. 
 
Option 3 - 7 day week = 56 hours + Continuous work, updating analyzing, monitoring and reporting. 
 
 
               Payment by PayPal Invoicing. Prices do not include Telephone, Teleconference, and WebEx support.
