Option 1. Microsoft Project Office.- Planner/Scheduler directly supports the Program/Project Manager.  

Option 2. PMO Project Analysis.- Project Analyst supports the Program Management Office Manager.

Both options can operate independently by encryption communication or with your software via VPN.
